We are now recruiting bartenders, wait staff, kitchen porters, all grades of chefs & pizzaiolos to join our team for next winter.

We are open year-round with the majority of winter positions starting in mid-November and running until April. Earlier starts and finishes are a possibility. 

All candidates must have at least 2 years relevant experience. 

A high level of spoken French & English is required for all front of house roles.

Accommodation and meals are provided for all positions.  

We will only consider UK visas for chefs or  fluent French speakers with relevant experience.
